Shipping will cost more outside the U.S., and is never free. If you are in southern Canada or near Alaska, or in northern Mexico, you may save money by picking up your shipment in the U.S.


PLEASE read this page to avoid misunderstandings.

► Although some items have free shipping, our minimum shipping charge is $6 for items that do not have free shipping.
 ► The $6 charge is a "flat rate" that can send one cord, adapter, accessory or pack of batteries anywhere in the USA, or as many as three items, regardless of the price or weight of the item (except for "D" batteries).
 ► If you order more than one item, you reduce the shipping charge per item.


 

  • Most cords are eligible for INEXPENSIVE FLAT-RATE PRIORITY MAIL shipping in the USA (all 50 states, usually two or three days). Priority Mail can get up to three cords to you for $6, four to six cords for $9, or up to 20 cords for $12.
  • Priority Mail delivery time is not guaranteed, but is usually reliable.
  • Faster shipping is available at an extra charge.
  • Both business and residential addresses have the same price with Priority Mail.
  • Saturday deliveries don't cost extra with Priority Mail, but you can't specify Saturday.
  • Post Office Boxes and military addresses are OK for Priority Mail.

    IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT SHIPPING TIME ("transit days")
  • Shipping time does not include the day you place your order. Therefore, something ordered on Monday with "2-Day" shipping should reach you on Wednesday.
  • Quoted shipping times are based on "business days," and do not include weekends and many holidays.
  • For example, if you place an order on Friday for "3-Day" shipping, and the following Monday is a national holiday, the first transit day is Tuesday, the second transit day is Wednesday, and you should receive your order on Thursday -- the third transit day.
  • If you place an order after about 4pm Eastern Time on Friday, there is a chance that it might get shipped on Friday; but it probably won't be shipped until the next business day, which would be Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.
  • If you need something shipped quickly, please CALL us at 1.888.225.3999. Don't order it online.
  • Shipments can be delayed by bad weather, strikes, holidays, etc.

    The chart shows the flat-rate charge for Priority Mail for 50 states, and the average charges for other shipping methods, for up to three cords or other flat-rate items in the contiguous United States. Your charge may vary, based on weight and distance. Since Priority Mail shipments usually arrive in two or three days, there is seldom any need to specify or pay extra for "2-Day" or "3-Day" shipping; but do what you think is right for you. Home delivery costs more than business delivery (except for Priority Mail). Indicated "Days" are business days (Monday through Friday). Saturday delivery is usually available, at an additional charge (no extra charge for Priority Mail).

     
    If you ask us for tracking information and it turns out that you have already received the package, we will charge you $1,000,000. (We're just kidding, but PLEASE ask the people you work with or live with before you assume a package is late or lost.)
     
    ABOUT FREE SHIPPING
    • Some items have free shipping (NOT cords, unless you order a lot of them).
    • If a product description doesn't say an item has free shipping, it doesn't have free shipping.
    • If you are ordering an item that has free shipping, please select "Priority Mail (ground)" and we will make sure you get free shipping when we process your order.
    • If you order an item that normally has free shipping, but you select a shipping method other than "Priority Mail (ground)," there will be a charge for shipping.
